Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Chief Executive Officer
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi is the Chief Executive Officer of Arada, and the Group Chief Executive Officer of KBW Investments. He has a lengthy corporate history, with expertise stemming from a series of senior managerial positions spanning industries as diverse as heavy machinery and construction. He is a noted serial entrepreneur, having achieved a number of successful exits.

Shimmy Mathew, Chief Financial Officer
Shimmy Mathew serves as Chief Financial Officer of Arada, and as Chief Financial Officer of KBW Investments. He oversees multiple aspects of the company, including several operational pillars. He previously served as Finance Manager for Raimondi Cranes, and has also had extensive experience in the heavy machinery segment in Qatar.

Ed Attwood, Chief Communications Officer
Ed Attwood is the former Group Editor of Arabian Business, the Middle East’s leading weekly business magazine. As well as overseeing Arabian Business magazine and the ArabianBusiness.com website, he also managed CEO Middle East, Arabian Business StartUp and Arabian Business Qatar. He previously worked as an Editor on the Middle East desk for Global Insight (now part of IHS Markit).

Ahmad Oneisse, President – Sales & Sales Operations
Ahmed Oneisse has 16 years of experience in sales and sales operations, and is regarded as one of the most experienced real estate executives in the UAE. Before joining Arada he was employed by Damac Properties, where he worked his way up the ladder to become Senior Vice President – Sales. As a key member of Damac’s senior management team, he has played a major role in launching some 90 projects throughout the region, and has been responsible for the development and execution of sales strategies, and building business models and assessing risks.

Nabil Elansari, Senior Vice President – Sales
Nabil Elansari has over 20 years’ experience in sales, 11 of which have been gained in the UAE real estate market. He previously worked as Senior Vice President – Sales at Sobha LLC, where he was responsible for maximizing income and profits by implementing advertising and marketing campaigns while promoting a new and innovative range of products and services at the company. He also served as Vice President – Sales at DAMAC Properties, where he was responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and targets.

Elie Mrad, Head of Architecture and Design
Elie Mrad is a qualified architect with more than 20 years of experience working in markets as diverse as Australia, the UAE and South Sudan. He previously served as Head of Architecture at Arcadia Middle East, and as Senior Architect at Dewan Architects & Engineers. Mrad’s other roles have included Managing Director of Venture International, and Senior Architect at Kann Finch. The projects he has worked on include Reem Mall in Abu Dhabi, Dubai Festival City and the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Yas Island.

Melissa Bayik, Head of Brand
Melissa Bayik is a specialist with more than a decade’s experience helping to develop some of the region’s top brands . Prior to working at Arada, Melissa worked with Meraas where she helped guide the developer’s rebranding process, and also owned and led a small Dubai-based design practice. She has worked with Start JG, Wolff Olins and Brand Union, and has worked with brands as varied as Majid Al Futtaim, Fawaz Al Hokair, Al Hilal Bank and Abu Dhabi Ports Company.

Naser Barhoum, Senior Vice President – CRM, Facilities and Community Management
Naser Barhoum has more than 22 years’ experience in the Gulf real estate and construction industry. He previously served as Senior Vice President – Real Estate Operations, Facilities and Community Management at DAMAC Properties, where he oversaw all aspects of after-sales service, including handover, collections, liaison with owners associations, facilities management and the creation of a customer and community portal. Naser has also worked at Aldar Properties, Nakheel Asset Management and Emcor.

Dr Ali Nema Al Ani, Senior Development Director
Dr Ali Nema Al Ani is a development and engineering professional with over 15 years’ experience working on several multi-billion-dollar projects within the region. Among the developments that he has overseen are Hyatt Regency Creek Heights, the Mandarin Oriental Jumeirah and Al Wasl Tower. Dr Ali has a PhD in construction project management – civil engineering.

Farhan Kafil, Senior Director – Contracts & Commercial
Farhan Kafil is a qualified Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveyor and certified Arbitration professional with over 14 years of experience in engineering and construction projects. In particular, Farhan’s area of specialisation is in the commercial management and delivery of complex projects and mega developments worth billions of dollars. He previously served as Senior Executive Manager – Contracts at Meraas, where he worked on projects such as Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai.

Mohamad Moussalli, Development Director
Mohamad Moussalli is a qualified Engineer with 14 years of contracting experience in the UAE and Lebanon. He joined ARADA from Damac Properties, where he was Senior Manager – Projects, and most recently had oversight of the Damac Hills villa programme. He has also served as Project Manager at Abu Dhabi-based Civil Power General Contracting, and as Construction Manager at Al Ghafly General Contracting. Among the projects he has worked on are New York University Abu Dhabi, and Frond L of the Palm Jumeirah, for Nakheel.

Ammar Wazzan, Director – Infrastructure & Utilities
Ammar Wazzan has over two decades of experience in pre- and post-contract project management of large-scale infrastructure projects, having worked with global engineering consultants and leading EPC companies in the Gulf. He previously served as Technical Director – Infrastructure at Al Nasr International Contracting, and has also served as Infrastructure Manager at Parsons International’s Abu Dhabi office, and as a Senior Manager at AECOM’s Abu Dhabi office.

Feras Al Naimi, Director – MEP
Feras Al Naimi is a qualified engineer with more than 22 years of experience working in the MEP and infrastructure in the UAE, working with clients as varied as Masdar, Aldar and ADNOC. Prior to joining ARADA, Feras served as Director – MEP for Damac Properties, where he had responsibility for all MEP operations at a variety of major projects, including Damac Hills and Akoya Oxygen. He has also worked as an Area Manager at Thermo LLC and a Project Manager at Cofathec International.

Deema Aburizik, Design Director – Master Planning
Deema Aburizik is a qualified architect with 14 years of urban planning and design experience in the Middle East. She previously served as Urban Planning and Design Consultant at Khatib & Alami, and worked on projects, including the Sharjah Emirate Spatial Plan 2040, the Al Mamzar Vision and the Sharjah Research, Innovation and Technology Park (SRTIP) managed by the American University of Sharjah. She has also worked as a Researcher and Analyst at Colliers, and as a Research and Coordination Officer at the Centre for the Study of the Built Environment (CSBE) in Amman.

Stefan Kirsten, Senior Development Manager
Stefan Kirsten is a Senior Development Manager with extensive experience in the Middle East, including management of the entire project lifecycle, pre-design completion onwards. He most recently served as Emaar’s Development Lead for various projects within Dubai Creek Harbour, including the site’s retail district. Prior to that, he has worked for both Emaar and Aldar on some of the UAE’s most prestigious projects, including the Opera District masterplan in Dubai and Shams Marina in Abu Dhabi.

Mohammad Adel El Sayegh, Senior Manager – Legal
Mohammad Adel El Sayegh has 20 years’ experience as a legal professional in Lebanon and the UAE. Prior to joining Arada, Mohammad served as Legal Manager at DAMAC Properties, where he managed the relationship with external law firms, advised various departments within the company, and drafted contracts and memoranda. Previous companies include Kanaan & Azhari Advocates and Legal Consultants and MAS Law Office in Beirut.
